In my business career, I have developed and implemented process improvement business support plan that drives a cost savings of over $4.01MM annually, created 11 new product lines for development and identified all marketing, product development and implemented product rollout into the marketplace, conceptualized a value pricing SKU that targeted price conscious consumers. Increased home services installation penetration by 27% to date with $1.97MM in NOP gain in 3 quarters, and formulated and executed a business transformation effort to move our a technical support line from India back to the US.

In my spare time I enjoy projects around the home, computers, music and spending quality time with friends. I also run a small DJ business called DJ Marty Entertainment Services. I am a guy of technology so I like to have all the latest gadgets!

I'm currently the Manager of Sales Readiness for Lowe's Home Improvement Companies for the Outdoor Living, Tools & Hardware categories. Prior to joining Lowe's, I was the Executive Director of Overdrive PC (a subsidiary of Velocity Micro Inc.) overseeing the entire operation, strategy and support. I also spent 17 years working for Circuit City Stores, Inc. While at Circuit City, I worked in retail sales, sales management, training, operations, services and business development positions.
